The operating problem
Repeated marketplace searches generate overlapping results and inconsistent triage. The challenge is to produce a useful review queue without confusing a scoring suggestion with a decision to pursue the work.
What we built
We built an internal pipeline that uses configurable searches, retrieves marketplace opportunities, and deduplicates records before publishing reviewable outputs. Airtable and CSV support inspection and downstream workflow.
Deterministic fit checks provide an initial screening layer, with optional AI-assisted scoring for additional context. Human review remains the decision point; the pipeline is not presented as an automatic application system.
What the work enables
The implementation organizes discovery into a repeatable process with inspectable results. It does not guarantee lead quality, contract awards, or access to the entire marketplace.
A research tool should reduce repeated sorting while keeping the final commercial judgment with the person responsible.
