Operator and scope

Stearns Digital Consulting LLC is a Florida, United States limited liability company. These terms concern the public corporate website and its preview pages, not separately operated applications or client systems.

Project engagements

Project scope, fees, deliverables, schedules, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, support, and any data-processing responsibilities are established in a separate written agreement. The website does not amend an existing client agreement. Availability and suitability for a particular project must be confirmed directly.

Examples and results

Success stories describe particular implementations, features, or working approaches. Some client identities and operational details are intentionally omitted. Illustrations identified as conceptual, including AI-generated artwork, are not screenshots of client systems or records. Testimonials describe individual experiences; they do not promise the same outcome for every project.

Technical material is general information, not a specification or a substitute for evaluating your own systems, data, and requirements. Results depend on the project and its operating conditions.

Content and third-party names

Original site content and brand assets belong to their respective rights holders. You may link to public pages. Republishing substantial portions or using our branding requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. References to ERPs, APIs, platforms, and third-party trademarks identify technologies used or discussed; they do not by themselves imply endorsement, sponsorship, or a formal partnership.

Responsible use

Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate others, submit information you are not entitled to share, distribute malicious content, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. An initial inquiry should not include credentials or sensitive datasets.
