The operating problem

A community organization can quickly outgrow separate registration forms, spreadsheets, and message threads. Membership status, event participation, and local coordination need a shared structure.

What we built

We developed a platform with profiles, household relationships, chapters, membership records, and a member directory. Events include RSVP, waitlist, and check-in workflows rather than only a calendar entry.

The development scope also includes volunteer participation, polls, business listings, member-card benefits, messaging, and notifications. These features share the member context instead of becoming isolated mini-applications.

What the work enables

The repository contains an implemented development-stage platform, alongside a public pre-registration surface. The case does not imply a full public launch, an established membership base, or measured community engagement.

Reusable lesson

Community software becomes useful when participation, membership, and local context connect around the same people.
