The operating problem
A planning workspace is only useful when its stock inputs reflect the fulfillment operation. Manually transferring warehouse figures introduces delays and makes it harder to understand which values are current.
What we built
We built a Python integration that reads warehouse inventory from Flowspace and updates Airtable records used in the operating and planning workflow.
The implementation translates the provider's records into the receiving table structure. It addresses a focused integration boundary rather than replacing the warehouse platform or presenting Airtable as a full inventory ledger.
What the work enables
The recovered source documents a working approach to connecting fulfillment data with planning tools. It is presented as historical client work, with no claim that the former client's current environment still uses it.
A small, well-defined integration can make an existing planning process substantially more usable.
